FAQ

Questions we hear all the time

If you're considering AI for your business, you're probably asking some version of these. Here are honest answers.

Not at all. In fact, most of our clients come to us with zero AI background — and that's perfectly fine. We speak plain English, not tech jargon. Our job is to translate what AI can do into terms that make sense for your business, your team, and your goals. You bring the business knowledge; we bring the technical expertise.

That's exactly the first question we help you answer. Readiness isn't about company size or budget — it's about having a real problem worth solving. If your team is spending hours on repetitive tasks, struggling to make sense of data, or feeling like they can't keep up, there's a good chance AI can help. Our discovery process is designed to uncover where you're at before recommending anything.

AI doesn't have to mean a six-figure software rollout. Many of the most impactful solutions for small and mid-size businesses are surprisingly affordable — especially when scoped correctly. We start with a strategy conversation to understand your needs, then recommend solutions that fit your budget. We'd rather find you a $200/month tool that solves the problem than sell you something you don't need.

This is one of the most common fears — and it's understandable. Our philosophy is that AI works best when it handles the tasks your team finds tedious, repetitive, or time-consuming, freeing them up to focus on the work that actually requires a human. We approach every engagement with your team in mind, and we never recommend automation that isn't supported by the people it affects. Buy-in matters just as much as the technology.

It depends on the scope, but we're big believers in quick wins. Many of our clients see measurable time savings or efficiency gains within the first 30–60 days of implementation. We build roadmaps with short-term milestones so you're not waiting months to see value. The goal is progress you can feel early — not a year-long project with a payoff at the end.

Most consultants come in with a solution they want to sell you. We come in with questions. With over 15 years in IT and a genuine love for problem-solving, our approach is to understand your business first — then figure out where AI can naturally fit in. We don't believe in forcing tools on teams. We believe in building something that actually sticks, because your people actually want to use it.
